Dining room

The School serves artisanal and homemade food that is prepared on-site, with menus that are adapted to different types of allergies and food intolerances (eggs, fish, coeliac disease, etc.).

Alcesa is the company that is in charge of carrying out a nutritional study on each menu planned, to make sure that they are all well-balanced. Furthermore, it has set up an Integrated Management System pursuant to the ISO 9001:2000 standards (Quality Management and the ISO 14001:2004 (Environmental Management) in compliance with the regulations on health-hygiene conditions, labelling, protection and the expiry dates of fresh produce, the storage of finished food products.

Homemade food prepared in the school kitchen is served, the menus are adapted to the different types of allergies.

Study hall

As many families find it difficult to pick their children up at hometime, the School has made this Study Hall service available, with a monitor, where the students can stay after school, to study until their parents or relatives can pick them up or until the after-school activities that they are enrolled in begin.

The service is available from Monday to Thursday, from 16:30 to 18:15.

Morning room

From 7:45 in the morning and until the classes start, the school gives families the option of dropping students from Pre-school and Primary off early, and they are tended to and cared for.

For many families it is difficult to get their working hours to coincide with the hours that the students start and finish school. In response to the demand from the parents this service was started to favour the compatibility of timetables.

This service can be used whenever required, on the days it is needed and not continually. To request this service families must get in touch with the Secretary's office.

Uniform

The school uniform and sportswear are part of the character of the school. The garments are made by McYadra, partners of the Congregation of the Sacred Hearts that designs, manufactures and distributes quality and design garments that allow us to transmit the corporate identity of the school.

Both the school uniform and the sportswear are sold exclusively by the school itself. In June it can be ordered for September. The School keeps a minimum stock of clothing during the academic year, so all the clothes that the students will possibly need should be bought between June and September. During the academic year the School Secretary is in charge of everything related to uniforms.

Book service

The School has a book service, as it has a license for this from the authorities. The text books can be bought at the school and parents get the maximum discount allowed by law on them.

In June the books are reserved so that they can be collected in September, before the classes start. The service is available throughout September for any returns or exchanges. After that the service is unavailable.

The School supplies school classroom materials for the Pre-school and Primary students. Students from Compulsory Secondary and Higher Secondary have to buy the materials themselves according to the instructions from the teachers, depending on the areas and subjects.

The service is available from Monday to Thursday from16:30 to 18:15

Student Guidance Department

The school has a full-time student guidance department with professionals for pre-school, primary, compulsory secondary and higher secondary education. In turn, we have a specialised psychotherapist for pre-school and another one for primary. We assist and draw up specific plans for the students who have special educational needs and for gifted children.

It is practical modular management software that focuses on the real daily needs and it meets the different teaching and institutional requirements, along with those of the students and families.
